HOW WE WORK
We coordinate surface finishing and fabrication around your drawing, sample and project requirements—then inspect and protect every order for delivery.
We begin with the material grade, thickness, base finish and color. Mirror, hairline, satin, vibration, etched and other surfaces can be combined with PVD tones such as gold, rose gold, champagne, bronze, black and custom colors. Samples or reference images help align expectations before production.
Digital drawings guide precision cutting for screens, panels, openings, edge details and irregular parts. Before cutting, we verify overall dimensions, hole positions, borders and visible faces to reduce assembly issues later in the project.
Cut components are bent into the required profiles with attention to bend direction, radius, finished size and surface protection. This stage supports column cladding, skirting, wall panels, countertops and other custom architectural details.
Components are assembled, welded and ground to create neat transitions and controlled edges. Polishing and surface restoration are matched to the surrounding finish, with special attention to visible joints, corners and touch points.
